We are almost half way through the winter mid-year school holidays and you’ve survived the first week! If you're running out of things to do to keep the little ones occupied, there’s still plenty to do in the second week of holidays if you are heading into Adelaide, or simply wishing to venture out of the house. SKATING AT FESTIVAL
Victoria Square until 21 July
This family friendly pop-up event in the heart of the city is ideal for people of all ages and skill levels. The open-air ice rink offers a world-class family friendly entertainment precinct with magical lighting, music, fantastic rides including carnival rides, an ice slide, jumping castles, Kanga skating aids and a delicious food and drink winter market. Not just for the young ones, adults can enjoy a drink from our Alpine Bar while the kids skate on the rink, or get cosy with your loved one on a romantic wintery date night!

ADELAIDE ZOO
NAIDOC Week until 21 July
Entertain your cheeky monkeys with cultural festivities and fun as they celebrate NAIDOC Week at Adelaide Zoo. Celebrate Aboriginal culture, art, stories and language with fun-filled activities, interesting displays, storytelling and live presentations. Kids can also learn about some of Adelaide Zoo’s very special nocturnal animals and how they move and interact at night.

CIRCUS RIO

A family circus experience that will delight all families from toddlers to grandparents – there’s something for everyone.
