Did you know all our apartment blocks at Majestic Oasis Apartments, Port Augusta are named after people of importance in Port Augusta’s history.
For example A.D.Tassie (Rooms 30 – 39) who was the first British colonist to live at Port Augusta. He arrived in 1854. Or Ethel Anderson (Rooms 46 – 48), who founded the non-profit, volunteer-run Anderson Dancers in Port Augusta 47 years ago. Ethel wanted to enable people to participate in physical activity regardless of financial capacity or ability in a non-competitive environment.
