We at Majestic Hotels are very proud of our achievements and can assure you a great experience. But don't take out word for it. Read what our guests had to say.

“GREAT HOTEL - Staff were very helpful when booking and offered us all the specials.  Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly helpful staff...  The room was very nicely appointed and my wife and daughter loved the spacious bathroom and the fact that even though we had a rollaway bed we were certainly not cramped for space. ( P.S. my daughter tells me it was the best hotel rollaway she has slept on.)  ...  One thing I must commend the hotel for was the fact that they remembered we had a 3rd little person in our room and made sure there was 3 towels 3 cups and 3 glasses...  The restaurant is small but the food was 'excellent' and although they don’t really cater for children on the menu, my daughter who is a fussy eater found something she enjoyed and the staff were very friendly to both us and her. Overall this is a great hotel and we would highly recommend it for someone looking for a hotel minutes from the centre of Adelaide"

Culshaw's Grill is an intimate and quality restaurant.  The menu selection and quality of food was outstanding. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a delightful evening.  I have no hesitation to recommend Culshaw's Grill to family, friends and business leaders.

I wish to proffer my thanks, and congratulations to you and your staff, after our very recent stay at the hotel. I believe it has been one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I can recall, after many years travelling across the world.
Of course, one expects Aussie friendliness in most well-run establishments in this country. But, perhaps because you are a relatively small company, your people are also enthusiastic and efficient. Facilities at every level are excellent and staff are alert and ready to amend any minor faults that do, inevitably, develop with use. Part of my work is to write and edit travel books in Australia for Insight Guides. You may know the company, which has produced city and country guides worldwide. I don't know if an Adelaide book, or a revise, is projected. Be assured that if that is the case the Majestic will receive a glowing testimonial from me. I sincerely hope to stay with you again in the future. Again, thanks for providing a superb venue. I hope you will be able to pass these sentiments on to your excellent team.

Congratulations for winning the global website award. We have always known you were the best!!!....now everyone knows!!!  I have just returned from 10 days in Tokyo, and your customer service is way ahead of the hotel I had in Tokyo!!....

Congratulations on being voted the best hotel in Australia on Expedia. We have stayed with you before and loved it so know the accolade is well deserved. Keep up the good work and we hope we will be back to enjoy a stay with you soon.

My wife Susan and I just returned from a delightful Australian vacation. During the month I was there, I experienced stays in Cairns, Port Douglas, Trinity Beach, Brisbane, Airlie Beach, Melbourne, Sydney and, of course, the Majestic Roof Garden in Adelaide. Of all those experiences, I'm happy to inform you that the front desk and restaurant crew at your establishment were the friendliest, most service-oriented staff we encountered. And, as a bonus, the potato-leek soup we had in the restaurant one evening was simply the best I've had, ever. Whatever you're doing in either staff screening/selection and/or training, don't change it!

My wife and I stayed at the Majestic Roof Garden for three nights in early October and found it to be excellent. The hotel is modern, clean and well positioned. The room was spacious, the bathroom well appointed and the staff helpful and attentive. Checking in after our early morning arrival was no problem and in overall terms, we really enjoyed our stay. It also represented excellent value for money. We would have loved to spend an evening on the roof terrace with a bottle of wine looking over the city, but sadly we did not have the time! If we return to Adelaide, we will be back.

Pretty much the ideal hotel for myself and my wife. We stayed here for a week whilst on holiday in April 2007. The hotel feels young and trendy and sophisticated, without being snooty. Rooms are good sized, beds are lovely, bathroom is fine. It's right on the doorstep of the boutique and restaurant end of Rundle Street. We're not looking for a 5* hotel with "in your face" service, just somewhere you feel comfortable and can relax. You feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. I cannot compare to other Adelaide hotels, as have not stayed elsewhere. But I would have no intention to, as I would want to stay at the Majestic Roof Garden again and again! Well done to management and staff and keep it up!!
