Majestic Hotels have premier properties based in Adelaide and Port Augusta along with the roof-top Nandina Function Rooms and Culshaw's Restaurant which specialises in celebrating Adelaide and South Australian produce. 

The Majestic Roof Garden mini-bar is the only Adelaide Hotel mini-bar that stocks over 50% South Australian product including local beer, cider and hand made chocolates from Rundle Street.

Culshaw's Restaurant stocks 100% South Australian wines in addition to other local product.

South Australian Artists

We also support local Adelaide artists through the Minima Art project where each of the North Adelaide property's hotel rooms are given as blank canvasses exclusively to emerging Adelaide and South Australian Artists. They are commissioned to produce a piece to showcase their work and provide a unique experience for our guests.
